Mytidiness provides domestic cleaning services to residential properties in Stourbridge, Dudley, Halesowen, Oldbury, and surrounding areas.


2. Bookings & Quotes

  • Quotes are provided based on the information supplied by the client.
  • Prices may vary if the property condition differs from what was described.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where necessary.

3. Access to Property

  • The client must provide safe and reasonable access to the property.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of access.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking.
  • Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension of services.

5. Cancellations

  • We request reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may incur a charge.

6. Health & Safety

  • Clients must provide a safe working environment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

7. Liability

  • Mytidiness will take reasonable care while providing services.
  • We are not liable for damage caused by faulty items, normal wear and tear, or pre-existing conditions.

8. Customer Satisfaction

  • Any issues should be reported within 24 hours of service.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to resolve genuine concerns.
